Our Founders
Ace Works LLC was born from the shared vision and determination of childhood best friends, Spencer and Caleb. Having grown up together and experienced life side by side, the two graduated college at the same time with a common realization: they wanted to chart their own path and build something meaningful. Starting from the simple idea of stump grinding, they combined their skills and work ethic to gradually expand into a full-service company offering construction, landscaping and hardscaping, property management, and septic installation. Spencer and Caleb’s partnership is rooted in trust, teamwork, and a shared commitment to integrity, values that guide every project and every client interaction.
